Term Sheet
for the Noski Eskimoski Nanny Referral Agreement
- Noski Eskimoski is responsible for finding, selection and presentation of the Candidates (nannies, home-services) for the Parent
- Noski Eskimoski is entitled to a success based fee of price list This fee is paid within 7 calendar days from the date of the acceptance of any of the Candidates by Parent.
- Noski Eskimoski will repeat the process described in paragraph 1 of this Term Sheet when and if the cooperation between Parent and Candidate will cease to exist within the first 3 months of the employment of the Candidate. There are no additional fees for this quarantee.
- Any form of cooperation between Parent and the Candidate is allowed only with Noski Eskimoski acting as an intermediary
Noski Eskimoski declares that all actions taken throughout the selection process are conducted with all due dilligence and that Noski Eskimoski cannot be held responsible in any way for any damages incurred by Candidates actions.
